Fun aerobic exercises are made during the session, which help in stimulating the playful side of each of us. These exercises are good for body, mind and soul.
At the end of this extraordinary emotional journey, we regenerate the body with an aperitif-dinner fondled by the sea breeze of summer evenings.
By the pool, surrounded by palm trees, are served dishes created by organic and natural foods, accompanied by non-alcoholic and detoxifying drinks, such as fruit cocktails or natural and detox extracts.
