You will receive a confirmation in 5 hours, regardless of the availability. If the excursion is full, you will know the available days.
At confirmation, we will send you an email or a whatsapp message and the voucher to give to the guide attached.
The methods of payment are: wire transfer, Satispay or M.O.T.O. Service (remote payment service).

CANCEL AN EXPERIENCE BOOKING
You may cancel your booking by notifying the tour operator.
- Cancellation:
7 days before departure – there will be no cancellation fees (credit card or bank transaction fees withheld)
3 to 6 days before departure – Cancellation fee is an amount equal to 50% of the price (credit card or bank transaction fees withheld)
2 days before departure – Cancellation fee is an amount equal to 100% of the price (credit card or bank transaction fees withheld)
