DESCRIPTION

Let’s discover the Itria Valley, cycling without haste and having fun together. We fall in love of a land nestled among olive groves bordered by dry stone walls, trulloes and ancient Masserie (farms) Getting along isolated paths, vast expanses of countryside and back roads out of traffic. We admire the landscape capturing memories with unique and unmissable shots, surrounded by the silence of nature all around us.
Starting from Alberobello, the city of Trulli (UNESCO Heritage Site), wehead towards Locorotondo arriving to Martina Franca, with stops to visit its historical centers.
During the riding, we’ll stop at a hypogeum mill to taste one of the most important product created by our land, the extra vergin olive oil.  We appreciate its flavor and we know its peculiarities and all the steps of its processing, thanks to an oil expert. He will tells us about the entire production process that has been carried out from ancient times to the present day.
